3. How can you remove yourself from our database
All newsletter provide the ability to unsubscribe directly
Deleting your data entirely
Data used for the purposes of information sharing such as email, name, phone number and health information obtained by consent can be deleted by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “delete my data”. Please include the email address concerned. We will then remove your data and will not email you again.
4. How can you update data held about you
If your data changes then please email email@example.com with the data that requires amending and the new replacement information.
5. What do we do with the data we hold.
We use the data we hold to communicate updates and information about the events and new classes. Additionally to send newsletters about interesting material, changes in events and services.

All data is stored in private folders created for Yoga4U on google drive.

Data is accessible only to the owner/ director of Yoga 4 U

The Data is stored electronically in spreadsheets.
