It was a great experience to be a part of the first session Uma. It was truly refreshing experience for mind and soul. Looking forward for the next session.

I have joined yoga classes 2 months ago and I am really happy with it. There is a lot of lessons available during the week so everyone can choose the most suitable time (morning or evening).
Uma is a good and patient teacher, very engaged, often correct postures and gives useful information regarding poses. I leave yoga classes stretched, relaxed and calm with energy for the next busy week.

Uma's yoga classes are very relaxing. She is a friendly, caring teacher who makes sure that all students are doing the poses correctly. For beginners who are not yet able to complete the full pose she will make modifications to enable students to work comfortably at their level. I recommend these classes and feel that going regularly will greatly help to increase my flexibility,improve my posture and reduce my stress levels.
